Refund Policy

At Giftmyway, we always ensure every customer’s complete satisfaction with three levels of quality checks. Hence, we are following the No Return Policy. However, if the product received is damaged/defective/Wrong, then you can complain to us at our email: services@navyaindia.com within 48 hrs of delivery. The email should contain video and photos of the damaged product and any other information regarding the product. Our team will contact you as soon as possible. But we do not accept any request for product exchanges; we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You can choose any one option out of the following:

1. Get the same product re-delivered.

2. Refund for the product (amount shall reflect in your account within 7-10 working days as per standard banking timelines).

We do not offer refunds for the following conditions:

1. If the product is categorized as a fragile item or personalized item and is damaged during the delivery then we do not take responsibility for it.

2. If the customer complains after 48 hours of receiving the product, then we will not be able to register any complaints.

3. If the recipient is not present at the delivery address or refuses to collect the package from the delivery partner.

Important Notes:

1. Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as that you received with its original packaging.

3. Depending on your location, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
